Piedmont Healthcare, a multi-hospital integrated Health System serving the residents in the metro Atlanta, announces the additions to their senior leadership. The founding partners of an Atlanta business advisory firm, Mandi & Co., Mike Mandl, and Jack Tillman are the newest members to join the executive management team at Piedmont Healthcare.
According the February 2nd press release, Mr. Mandi will become the Health System’s Executive Vice President and will responsible for the areas of finance, strategy and planning, sube pply chain, real estate, and philanthropy. “Mike Mandl has the kind of experience and talent any organization would be extraordinarily lucky to have. I couldn’t be prouder that Mike has agreed to join Piedmont during this period of significant growth for us,” said Kevin Brown, President and CEO of Piedmont. “It is clear that he not only understands deeply the unique pressures of our industry, he also embraces Piedmont’s purpose of making a positive difference in every life we touch.”
Mr. Jack Tillman the other founding partner of Mandi & Co. will assume the role of Vice President and Chief of Real Estate. “One of the consequences of Piedmont’s recent growth has been the sizable growth in our real estate portfolio, from hospitals and medical office buildings to retail properties and land holdings. On top of that, the largest healthcare development in Georgia history is underway on our Piedmont Atlanta campus. Adding Jack’s experience and expertise to our existing real estate and corporate development team will help us maximize our investments and best manage our large and diverse portfolio,” Brown said.
The addition of these two experienced business leaders will assist Kevin Brown, the Piedmont CEO, carry out the strategic objectives for the Health System.
